Terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. payment is UPFRONT, I will not start the commission until it’s been paid.
2. I have the ability to turn down or cancel any commission that is out of my comfort zone.
3. You are committing to this commission just as much as the artist. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ONCE I BEGIN.
4. Maximum 5 revisions.
5. Commission prices stated are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any kind of monetization using the commissioned artwork will be categorised as Commercial. Additional charges will occur for commercial uses. ie. An additional 20 usd / 50 php to the commission price.
6. I DO NOT allow any of the commissioned artwork(s) to be used on any purpose associated to Artificial-Intelligence Generators and non-fungible tokens(NFT).
7. I prefer to not make illustrations regarding political, religious or other controversial statements. I will not accept any request that may potentially incite controversy.
8. I do not work with written descriptions of characters unless I’m given some references to visualize the character.
9. When ordering, I do request to send as many references as you can, and give me as many details and information as you can. PLEASE DO BE CLEAR WITH WHAT YOU WANT because the order I will give to you is based on the material you give me and my interpretation of it. Please state if I have creative freedom over certain things or if I need to follow it to a T.
10. THE COMMISSION MAY TAKE 4 DAYS TO 3 WEEKS TO WORK ON, IT DEPENDS ON HOW BUSY I AM!

The commissioner is allowed to:
-Use the artwork for personal use.
-Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including live streaming and videos.
-you do not have to tag me every time you post the artwork, but please make sure my credits are easily accessible.
The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
-Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, ie. making money off it in any way. (not including live streams or videos)
-Claim the artwork as their own.
-Alter the artwork without my consent
